If the carbonated drink is filled in summer’s room temperature which is much higher than the usual carbonated drinks filling temperature (4-10℃), moisture in the air will be condensed on the bottle which will bring trouble to the downstream packaging. So, after the filling machine, there must be a bottle warmer to heat the bottle to the room temperature. The warmer is usually a tunnel type shower. It heats the bottle through spraying hot water to the bottle. There are usually 3 warming zones (more zones are ok). After heated by section, the bottle’s temperature could achieve 30-35 ℃. Main components of bottle warmer are frame, transferring chain, transferring system, water storage tank, recycle pump, showering device, heating device and pipes. Exchanger could adopt plate type exchanger and electric type exchanger.
